Rules for lawful and responsible use.

Merchants may only use EcomTrade24 Banking for lawful business activity that complies with applicable rules, platform requirements and provider restrictions.

You may not use the platform for fraud, abuse, deceptive commercial conduct, sanctions evasion, unlawful financial flows, credential misuse, malicious automation, platform attacks or any attempt to interfere with normal service operation.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where activity appears abusive, misleading, unauthorized, unsafe, illegal or materially inconsistent with the intended use of the service.

Use of the service remains subject to additional internal review, provider limitations and operational controls where relevant.
